The upcoming edition of ‘Smart Mobility Expo’ covering TrafficInfraTech Expo, Parking InfraTech Expo and RoadInfraTech Expo, is scheduled from 10 – 12 October 2023 at Pragati Maidan, New Delhi. These together encapsulate the complete mobility and transport infrastructure industry by presenting best-in-class solutions for roads, highway safety, security seamless travel, crash/noise prevention, pollution, Intelligent transport, parking management and sustainable infrastructure & public transport systems.
The past editions of the exhibition have always been a “must attend” event for key decision makers right from government departments, municipal corporations, enforcement authorities, transport departments, infrastructure companies, parking management companies, project consultants, corporates, railways, metro rail, bus operators, OEMs, and tourism, township and real estate sectors. Present in the Indian market for more than two decades, Messe Frankfurt Trade Fairs India will extend its strategic expertise and capacity along with global business understanding to channelise its vast network in expanding the Smart Mobility Expo. On this strategic collaboration, Mr Raj Manek, Executive Director & Board Member, Messe Frankfurt Asia Holdings Ltd, shared: “I am glad that we have entered into this partnership for a show which has the potential to change the landscape of Indian mobility and transport infrastructure. India’s rapid urbanisation and the much-talked-about successful digital revolution are all set to transform the way India will commute.”
The show functions as a strong source of developing networks with government officials from associated departments and allows the surfacing of hi-tech transport solutions for the Indian population. Expressing his view on this association, Mr Jayaram Nair, Chairman, VIS Group says: “This collaboration is a significant milestone in the passionate journey of TrafficInfraTech Expo. Together with other Expos over a decade, this will create a global platform for the Indian traffic and transport industry. Changing with innovations and worldwide mobility demands, it is important to address the mobility ecosystem holistically. We are sure this partnership will lead us to greater heights.”
According to the Market Research Future Report 2022 (MRFR), ‘Smart Transportation’ is set to propel advanced mobility facilities with an estimated market expansion of a whopping USD 320 billion by the end of this decade. It is estimated that by 2050, 70% of India’s population will be residing in cities. These call for fast-paced developments to meet the demanding needs of the Indian population. India is currently one of the fastest-growing economies in the world and is also witnessing massive opportunities in the newly emerging mobility ecosystem and technologies to drive change.
