"We are exhibiting for the first time and got an overwhelming response. Our expectations of meeting dignitaries and government officials have been satisfied. We can say that it is always good to meet everyone in the industry at one place which is otherwise very difficult and time consuming. It was a great opportunity to showcase our product range to key decision-makers, TrafficInfraTech expo has provided audience to whom we can showcase our solutions."

Three-days of acitivity at Bombay Exhibition Centre,Goregaon in Mumbai brought many VIPS and stakeholders to TrafficInfraTech Expo and ParkingInfraTech Expo.

The latest international technologies and solutions presented at the show were appreciated by the solution seekers. The exhibitors opined that the companies they wanted to be associates with were present at the event and they could discuss with fellow exhibitors too, along with the visitors, their product offerings. The quality and enthusiasm of the visitors highlighted the point that the demand for traffic solutions in India is quite high. The show also highlighted the increase in awareness among the stakeholders about Traffic technology and products.

"I have visited the previous edition of the TrafficInfraTech Expo at Hyderabad. I find a lot of efforts having been put to bring together all the concerned stakeholders at one place. As far as MoRTH is concerned, the sweep of its mandate is very wide. There are plans on-board to build 35,000km of NHs as a part of Bharatmala in addition to the roads which are taken up at various other programmes.During the last four years, about 8,000km long national highways have been constructed. Last year, we tested around 9,800kms, and am sure, given the pace at which the construction continues, we should be crossing 12,000km," said the chief guest
Yudhvir Singh Malik, Secretary, MoRTH said during his inaugural address.

A real convergence of experts
The visitors and experts came from across the country -- Maharashtra, Telangana, Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Kerala, Goa, Madhya Pradesh, Punjab, Haryana, Jammu& Kashmir, Gujarat and from assortment of Governments departments, NHAI, Traffic Police, Town planners, Infrastructure companies, Road Transport Corporations, Trade Commissions; PWDs; Municipal Corporations, Smart City CEOs/Consultants, Metro/Railways... Closing on a positive note, nearly all the international delegates promised to return next year-round too. Happy at the response they received, they said, "We were busy throughout. We could meet our business associates -- present and potential -- face-to-face."

Conference
The three day Conference spanning across multiple areas-Highways, Tolling, Parking, Smart City, ITS, Safety, Startups, Emerging Technology, Public Transport, amd most importantly the Women in Transport - achieved a remarkable synthesis of knowledge sharing and networking adding value to the Show.

"Technology existed but there was no appropriate platform to showcase traffic solutions. Today, TrafficInfraTech Expo is an umbrella for displaying solutions like Highway Traffic Management, Transport Management and other related technologies. "It is always a pleasure to be a part of these conferences and this exhibition. It is nice to see the things evolving and growing bigger, both in size and scale, and also becoming more relevant for the time and technology available. It is a useful contribution to the society which you are making by bringing most advanced technology and the users from the government at this part of the platform. Hope that things grow bigger and more relevant."
